Chocolate Ganache Pie

  1. Mix the pudding mix with 1 cup milk then mix in the cream cheese & powder sugar till smooth. To that fold in 1/2 of the tub of cool whip. Heat the heavy cream till it is about 90-95 degrees, remove from heat & add chocolate chips. You have to stir this a while for the chocolate to melt, then let it completely cool. You can use it as is at room temperature, or get it really cold & whip it. Since this will probably make 2 pies if the pie crusts are small you can put about 1/4 of the cream cheese mix on the bottom then add a layer of the chocolate then add another layer of the cream cheese mixture then top it off with the other half of the cool whip.
  2. You can garnish with grated chocolate or drizzle Hershey's syrup over the top.
