Chocolate Ganache Pie
- 2 Chocoate Pie Crusts
- 8 ounce(s) cream cheese softened
- 1 package(s) white chocolate flavored pudding mix
- 1 cup(s) milk
- 1/2 cup(s) powdered sugar
- 8 ounce(s) chocolate chips
- 1 cup(s) heavy whipping cream
- Mix the pudding mix with 1 cup milk then mix in the cream cheese & powder sugar till smooth. To that fold in 1/2 of the tub of cool whip. Heat the heavy cream till it is about 90-95 degrees, remove from heat & add chocolate chips. You have to stir this a while for the chocolate to melt, then let it completely cool. You can use it as is at room temperature, or get it really cold & whip it. Since this will probably make 2 pies if the pie crusts are small you can put about 1/4 of the cream cheese mix on the bottom then add a layer of the chocolate then add another layer of the cream cheese mixture then top it off with the other half of the cool whip.
- You can garnish with grated chocolate or drizzle Hershey's syrup over the top.
