Easy Vegetable Kabobs

  1. Thread vegetables evenly onto 12 in. skewers.
  2. Stir together melted butter, basil and garlic powder.
  3. Reserve 1/4 cup butter mixture and set aside.
  4. Coat food rack with cooking spray; place rack on the grill over medium-high heat.
  5. Place vegetables skewers on the rack.
  6. Grill covered with grill lid 20-25 min. or until vegetables are tender. turning and basting with remaining butter mixture every 5 min.
  7. Serve with reserved butter mixture.
  8. Makes 4 servings.
