Taco Pie(Microwave)

  1. Crush taco chips in paper bag, using rolling pin to lightly go over chips 2 or 3 times.
  2. Place in pie plate.
  3. Press refried beans against taco chips, using a wooden spoon, to form a shell.
  4. Set aside.
  5. Brown meat in a mixing bowl.
  6. Microwave 8 to 10 minutes on High, stirring occasionally.
  7. Add taco seasoning mix and recommended amount of water according to package directions. Microwave 5 minutes on High until mixture is at a boil.
  8. Reduce setting to Medium for 3 to 5 minutes or thick.
  9. Fill crust with filling.
  10. Micro for 3 to 5 minutes on High.
  11. Top with lettuce, tomato, cheese and sauce.
