Deep Dish Pizza Quiche

  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. Beat together cream cheese and eggs till smooth (I use a blender).
  3. Add cream, parmesean cheese and spices.
  4. Spray 13x9 glass baking dish with PAM.
  5. Put 2 cups of shredded cheese in dish and pour egg mixture over.
  6. Bake at 375 for 30-35 minutes.
  7. Remove from oven.
  8. Spread with sauce and then add your toppings.
  9. Cover with mozzarella cheese.
  10. Bake till browning and bubbly (or however you like your pizza!)
  11. Let stand for 5 minutes or so.
