Spicy Mushroom Soup

  1. First melt the butter in a medium saucepan. Lower the heat and add the garlic and garam masala. Then lower the heat and add the black pepper, salt, nutmeg, and again lower the heat. Stir for 5-7 minutes. Then remove the mixture from the stove and allow to cool for a bit. Tehn add 3/4 of the mixture into a food processor. Add the water.
  2. After that, pour the mixture back into the saucepan over medium heat and add cream. Add the fresh cilantro, red pepper and taste to season.
