Cherry Delite
- 4 Cups Crushed Graham Crackers
- 1 Cup Butter (2 sticks), melted
- 16 oz. Philadelphia Cream Cheese
- 2 Cups Powdered Sugar
- 4 Tablespoons Milk
- 1 1/2 Cups Chopped Pecans
- 2 Large Containers of Cool Whip
- 2 Cans (16 oz. each) Cherry Pie Filling (Comstock Brand)
- Pre-Heat oven to 325
- Grease (Spray Oil is fine) 12x7 casserole pan
- In a bowl, combine Graham Crakers and Melted Butter
- Spread mixture evenly into 12x7 pan
- Bake for 5-10 minutes
- Cool
- In a bowl, mix together -Cream Cheese, Powdered Sugar, & Milk
- Spread mixture on top of graham crust
- Sprinkle Pecans on top of spread mixture
- Add spoon fulls of Cool Whip and spread (Cool Whip should be about 1.5 - 2 inches deep)
- Spread Cherry Pie Filling on top of Cool Whip
