  1. Dampen cracker bread on both sides by holding the bread briefly under gently running cold water.
  2. Place the moistened bread between 2 damp, clean towels, making sure the sesame seed is facing down.
  3. Let the bread stand at room temperature about 1 hour or until it has softened enough to roll.
