Grate Balls Of Fire: Grilled Meatballs Recipe

  1. 1. Remove sausage casing from bratwurst
  2. 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine beef, pork, bratwurst, garlic, eggs, cheese, parsley, basil, olive oil, salt and pepper
  3. 3. Pour 3/4 cup of water into bread crumbs and allow to soak for 2 minutes
  4. 4. Add to meat mixture and begin kneading mixture together
  5. 5. Slowly add the remaining 3/4 cups of water and kneed thoroughly to combine all ingredients
  6. 6. Form mixture into golf ball sized or large meatballs and place on cookie sheet
  7. Grilling:
  8. Place on grill on LOW temperature and keep lid closed (ideally dome temp. should be at 350F). Rotate meatballs every 2-3 minutes and remove when done (be careful not to overcook).
