Asian Flair Beef Salad

  1. Cut tenderloin in to small blades. Saute with 1 Tbs of sesame oil, 1 Tbs of soy sauce, and 5-spice. Set aside.
  2. Toss together greens, bell pepper, and bean sprouts.
  3. Put all contents of dressing in a food processor to emulsify the dressing. Toss in beef and dressing to greens and serve immediately.
