Asian Flair Beef Salad
- 8 oz beef tenderloin
- 1 Tbs sesame oil
- 1 Tbs soy sauce
- 2 tsp Asian 5-spice
- 4 cups mixed greens
- 1/2 cup bean sprouts
- 1 small red bell pepper diced
- Dressing:
- 1/2 cup rice vinegar
- 1/4 cup sesame oil
- 1 Tbs olive oil
- 1 Tbs soy sauce
- 1 Tbs marinate ginger (sushi)
- Toasted Sesame Seeds
- Cut tenderloin in to small blades. Saute with 1 Tbs of sesame oil, 1 Tbs of soy sauce, and 5-spice. Set aside.
- Toss together greens, bell pepper, and bean sprouts.
- Put all contents of dressing in a food processor to emulsify the dressing. Toss in beef and dressing to greens and serve immediately.
