Easy Chicken Pot Pie
- 1 can cream of potato soup (condensed)
- 1 can cream of chicken soup (condensed)
- 1 c. chicken broth
- 1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1 1/2 c. Bisquick
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 2 (14 1/2 oz.) cans mixed vegetables, drained
- 2 c. cut up cooked chicken
- vegetable cooking spray
- Preheat oven to 425u0b0.
- Spray 9 x 13-inch baking with cooking spray.
- Drain vegetables in colander.
- Mix cream of potato soup and cream of chicken soup in mixing bowl.
- Add chicken broth, pepper, vegetables and chicken pieces and mix well.
- Pour mixture into baking pan.
- In a mixing bowl, add Bisquick and milk and mix until combined (the mixture will still be a little lumpy).
- Pour the Bisquick mixture over the chicken.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool for 5 minutes.
- Serves 6 to 8 people.
