Easy Chicken Pot Pie

  1. Preheat oven to 425u0b0.
  2. Spray 9 x 13-inch baking with cooking spray.
  3. Drain vegetables in colander.
  4. Mix cream of potato soup and cream of chicken soup in mixing bowl.
  5. Add chicken broth, pepper, vegetables and chicken pieces and mix well.
  6. Pour mixture into baking pan.
  7. In a mixing bowl, add Bisquick and milk and mix until combined (the mixture will still be a little lumpy).
  8. Pour the Bisquick mixture over the chicken.
  9. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.
  10. Allow to cool for 5 minutes.
  11. Serves 6 to 8 people.
