Oyster Dressing
- 1 1/2 c. cornbread, crumbled
- 4 slices loaf bread, toasted and crumbled
- 1 c. prepared bread crumbs, seasoned
- 2 biscuits, crumbled
- 1/2 stalk celery
- 2 dashes pepper
- 3 1/2 c. chicken or turkey broth
- salt to taste
- 2 c. warm water
- 1 pt. oysters (or more)
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1 can orange juice
- 1 can apple juice
- 1 can white grape juice
- 1 can 5 A-live juice
- 1 small can limeade
- 1 small can lemonade
- 4 apples
- 4 oranges
- 4 bananas
- 1 qt. frozen strawberries
- Mix with juices.
- When ready to serve, add:
- 2 (2 liter) bottles of 7-Up.
- Spoon on top:
- 3 qt. rainbow sherbet (can use any flavor desired).
- Serves about 50 people.
- Juices can be varied according to taste.
