My Stuffed Pork Chop

  1. 1) Saute the Mushrooms and Onions in the Butter. When done, put in bowl and set aside.
  2. 2) Cut the top of the chop, maybe an inch and a half slice.
  3. 3) Add the Milk and Parsley, Paprika, Salt & Pepper into the bowl with the Mushrooms & Onions, then mix and put into chop.
  4. 4) Now put the Chops into a saute pan and sear (40 to 60 seconds on each side).
  5. 5) Transfer to a baking dish or pan, and bake for 30-35 mins or until temp reads 160 degrees.
  6. 6) Use the drippings from the baking dish or pan and pour into a saute pan, and bring to a boil. Add the Cornstartch and Water and cook for about 2 mins to make the sauce.
