My Stuffed Pork Chop
- 2 Tlb. Mushrooms
- 2 Tlb. Onioins
- 1/4 Tsp. Paprika
- 1 Tsp. Parsley (minced)
- 3 Tlb. Milk
- 3/4 cup Broth
- 1 Tlb. Cornstartch
- 2 Tlb. Water
- 1/8 Salt
- 1/8 tsp. Pepper
- 1) Saute the Mushrooms and Onions in the Butter. When done, put in bowl and set aside.
- 2) Cut the top of the chop, maybe an inch and a half slice.
- 3) Add the Milk and Parsley, Paprika, Salt & Pepper into the bowl with the Mushrooms & Onions, then mix and put into chop.
- 4) Now put the Chops into a saute pan and sear (40 to 60 seconds on each side).
- 5) Transfer to a baking dish or pan, and bake for 30-35 mins or until temp reads 160 degrees.
- 6) Use the drippings from the baking dish or pan and pour into a saute pan, and bring to a boil. Add the Cornstartch and Water and cook for about 2 mins to make the sauce.
