Barbecue Sauce

  1. Melt the marmalade and remove peel bits. Add everything to a pot and heat on medium, reducing to simmer for 5 minutes. Remove the bay leaf and run the sauce through a blender to chop up any remaining peel (to help the sauce move through the spout easier). Store in 32 Oz plastic Ketchup bottle.
