Homemade Cheesy Chicken Casserole

  1. -Boil chicken 45 minutes.
  2. -Drain chicken and shred into small pieces.
  3. -Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  4. -Add soup, grated cheese, water, mayonnaise, milk, black pepper, and Mrs. Dash in large mixing bowl.
  5. -Grease bottom and sides of 9X13 casserole dish with butter.
  6. -Lay shredded chicken in bottom of dish.
  7. -Pour mixture over chicken.
  8. -Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
  9. -In separate bowl crush 2 sleeves of crackers, melt butter and pour over crackers.
  10. -Pour cracker topping over casserole after 30 minutes.
  11. -Place back in oven for an additional 10 minutes.
