Tim'S Bbq Sauce

  1. heat oil in large 6 quart pot and brown onion, peppers and finally add garlic at the end until just soft. Add remaining ingredients and stir thoroughly (use a hand blender if you have one). Bring to a light boil then reduce heat to a simmer and reduce volume by 1/3.
