Tim'S Bbq Sauce
- 2 - 19oz. Generic BBQ sauce bottles
- 1 - 16 oz. beer (not dark)
- 1 - 12 oz. molasass
- 1 - 8 oz. strong coffee (espresso is best)
- 1 - 8 oz. beef broth
- 1 - cup dark brown sugar
- 1/3 - cup grated ginger
- 1/3 - cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/3 - cup white or cider apple vinegar
- 1 - large red onion chopped medium
- 1-2 chipoltle with adobe sauce
- 1 poblano chili chopped fine
- 1 habernero chili chopped fine
- 1 head of garlic (6tbsp.) chopped fine
- zest and juice from - 2 oranges, 1 lime, 1 lemon
- 1 tbsp dry mustard
- 1 tbsp liquid smoke
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- heat oil in large 6 quart pot and brown onion, peppers and finally add garlic at the end until just soft. Add remaining ingredients and stir thoroughly (use a hand blender if you have one). Bring to a light boil then reduce heat to a simmer and reduce volume by 1/3.
