Debby'S Cheesy Spaghetti Bake

  1. Brown the meat and onion.
  2. Drain; add spaghetti sauce.
  3. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. Cook spaghetti, drain and add to the meat mixture.
  5. Melt butter in saucepan, stir in flour and salt.
  6. Slowly add Milnot and water; cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened.
  7. Add 1/2 cup American cheese and Parmesan cheese, stir until melted.
  8. Spread 1/2 spaghetti mixture in bottom of baking dish, spoon all cheese sauce over spaghetti.
  9. Top with remaining spaghetti mixture and 1/2 cup American cheese.
