Debby'S Cheesy Spaghetti Bake
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1 small jar spaghetti sauce
- 6 oz. spaghetti
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 c. shredded American cheese
- 4 tsp. flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 3/4 c. Milnot
- 1/3 c. water
- 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
- Brown the meat and onion.
- Drain; add spaghetti sauce.
- Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Cook spaghetti, drain and add to the meat mixture.
- Melt butter in saucepan, stir in flour and salt.
- Slowly add Milnot and water; cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened.
- Add 1/2 cup American cheese and Parmesan cheese, stir until melted.
- Spread 1/2 spaghetti mixture in bottom of baking dish, spoon all cheese sauce over spaghetti.
- Top with remaining spaghetti mixture and 1/2 cup American cheese.
