Lasagna

  1. Saute onion and garlic in hot oil.
  2. Add ground beef to crumble; cook until lightly browned.
  3. Add tomato paste and water, mixing well.
  4. Simmer uncovered 5 minutes.
  5. Cook noodles and drain. Spoon 1/3 of sauce into 13 1/2 x 8 3/4 x 1 3/4-inch baking dish. Add half noodles and half of Ricotta.
  6. Repeat layers and spoon on remaining sauce.
  7. Arrange Mozzarella cheese on top.
  8. Bake at 350u0b0 for 30 minutes.
  9. Serves 8 to 12.
