Bret'S Bison Bock Chili

- 1 lb. ground bison
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2-3 jalapenos, seeded and chopped
- 3 cloves of garlic, chopped
- 1-15oz can red kidney beans
- 1-15oz can tomatoes
- Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- Sour Cream
- Crackers
- Herbs / Staples
- 1/2 cup of Shiner Bock (or other beer)
- 2 tbsp. oil,
- 4 tsp. chili powder
- 4 tsp. paprika
- 1 tsp. cumin
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1/2 tsp. parsley
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1.teat oil in large pot
- 2.tdd garlic and jalapenos until warm.
- 3.tdd onions and cook until translucent.
- 4.tdd bison and cook until no more pink shows.
- 5.tdd all the other ingredients.
- 6.took for 30 minutes then move to crock pot.
