Adam'S Black Bean Chili

  1. Saute onion and garlic in olive oil until caramelized (5 min or so).
  2. Add balsamic vinegar and liquid smoke and stir 1 min.
  3. Add black beans, green chilies, BBQ sauce, tomatoes, vegetable stock, corn, spices, and jalapeno and bring to a boil. Simmer for 15+ minutes. Masa Harina can be added for desired thickness.
  4. Stir in cilantro.
  5. Garnish with cheese, lime and yogurt or sour cream.
