Fudge Brownies (With Optional Frosting)

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
  2. 1) Melt the bittersweet and milk chocolate with butter in double boiler until the mixture is smooth. Let chocolate/butter mix cool.
  3. 2) Stir in sugar, vanilla, and eggs.
  4. 3) Add salt and flour, stir until combined.
  5. 4) Add chocolate chips
  6. 5) Pour into a well-buttered 13 by 9 inch pan and bake for 25-30 minutes
  7. Makes 24 bars
  8. Optional: Add hazelnuts (3/4 cup) to mixture and spread nutella over top when cooled.
