Jambalaya

  1. 1.Heat oil in large saucepan. Saute onion, green pepper and garlic until tender.
  2. 2.Add chicken, ham and sausage. Cook 5 minutes.
  3. 3.Add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Bring to a boil. Cover and reduce heat.
  4. 4.Cook approximately 20 to 25 minutes or until rice is done and liquid is absorbed.
