Baked Eggs With Sage

  1. 1- Heat the oven to 200 C, Line a casserole dish with butter or ghee
  2. 2- Place shredded sage and bell pepper at the base of the casserole dish
  3. 3- Crack the eggs on top of them
  4. 4- Add the milk, fresh cream, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, salt & pepper
  5. 5- Sprinkle the top with freshly ground nutmeg and chives in case of using it
  6. 6- Place in the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes on 200 C oven
