Tahini Salad Dressing

  1. Combine all ingredients except for water, and whisk to combine. Don't use a blender. It's probably best to hold off on adding the water until the end. You'll want to add enough at the end only to reach the desired consistency. If you're not using xantham gum you won't need any water at all. Makes about 1 cup, or 8 servings.

sesame oil, water, tahini, gluten free, lemon juice, salt, clove garlic, sesame seeds, parsley, chives
