Fish And Veggies In Cooking Bag(Quick And Easy Dinner, Less Than 1 Hour)
- 8 to 10 (2 lb.) flounder or sole fillets (any white fish will do)
- seasoned salt and pepper, basil, paprika and garlic powder to taste
- 1 c. Colby cheese, shredded (4 oz.)
- 1 medium tomato, seeded and chopped
- 1 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 2 medium zucchini, cut in 1/2-inch diagonal slices
- 1/4 c. chopped green onion
- 2 Tbsp. oleo or butter, diced
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1 cooking bag
- Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
- Shake flour in cooking bag to coat. Place in baking dish.
- Sprinkle fish with seasoning and cheese. Roll each fillet, starting at narrow end.
- Place fish rolls, seam side down, in center of bag, forming 2 rows.
- Lay veggies around fish rolls.
- Sprinkle with paprika; dot with butter.
- Close bag; make half-inch slits in top.
- Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until fish flakes with fork.
