Mediterranean Wrap

  1. Make a salsa and mix tomato, onion, cilantro, salt, garlic, and lime juice.
  2. Broil bell pepper, zucchini, squash, and red onion for 12 minutes or until browned. Then drizzle with vinegar and olive oil and toss.
  3. Combine rice and basil.
  4. Warm tortillas and make wraps with the feta
