Chicken-Peking Duck Style
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon Nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon Powdered ginger
- 3 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons Honey
- 1 pinch Black pepper
- 1 pinch Salt
- 3 slices Large chicken breasts
- Boil 4 cups of water and place chicken breasts in the boiling water to cook until they are well done.
- Combine cinnamon, nutmeg, powdered ginger, salt, and pepper with 1 tablespoon of soy sauce. Stir together in a bowl. Place the cooked chicken breasts on a platter, and then spread the mixture on both sides of the chicken. Put the chicken on a baking dish and put it inside the oven.
- Bake the chicken in the oven at 450 degrees for 15 minutes.
- Combine 2 tablespoons of honey with 1 teaspoon of soy sauce. Mix together well. Then spread this mixture on the top of the chicken breasts and then bake the chicken for another 15 minutes at 450 degrees. Then it should be done.
- Serve the chicken on top of a bed of cooked white rice, which is optional.
