Italian Sausage And Peppershouston, Texas

  1. Puncture sausage and simmer in 1/4 c. water in a fairly deep fry pan for about 15 minutes or until all color has changed. Uncover and raise heat to evaporate water.
  2. Brown the sausage and slice into 2 lengths.
  3. Stir in onion, peppers, garlic, basil and spaghetti sauce.
  4. Cover and simmer over low heat for 15 minutes. While cooking, boil and drain pasta (uses a stockpot).
  5. Toss together.
