Pretzel Jello
- Crust:
- 2 C crushed pretzels, not too fine
- 3 T sugar
- 3/4 C melted margarine
- Filling:
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 C sugar
- 9 oz. Cool whip
- Topping:
- 6 oz. Large box strawberry jello
- 1 20 oz. Package frozen strawberries
- 2 C boiling water
- Crust:
- 2 C crushed pretzels, not too fine
- 3 T sugar
- 3/4 C melted margarine
- Bake at 400 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes in a 13 x 9 inch pan. Don't overbake crust, does not change appearance, Cool 2 hours.
- Filling:
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 C sugar
- 9 oz. Cool whip
- Spread on cool crust.
- Top Layer:
- 6 oz. Large box strawberry jello
- 1 20 oz. Package frozen strawberries
- 2 C boiling water
- Stir until berries soften and jello thickens. Pour over and refrigerate.
