Tequila + Lime & Fettuccine

  1. Cook cilantro, garlic and jalapenos in 2 tbls butter over mmedium heat for 5 minutes.
  2. Add CK broth, TEQUILA and lime juice. Bring to a boil and cook till paste like; set aside.
  3. Meanwhile Pour soy sauce over diced CK (or shrimp)Let it rest for about 4 minutes.
  4. Add cream to the TEQUILA/ lime paste then CK and soy souce.
  5. Cook Fettuccine(Al Dente)according to the package. When Done toos with some butter.
  6. Boil sauce till CK is cooked through, and sauce is thick.
  7. Garnish with cilantro.
