Tequila + Lime & Fettuccine
- cook al dente: Spinach Fettuccine
- 1 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 tbls minced garlic
- 1 or 2 minced jalapenos
- some butter
- 1/2 cup CK broth
- 2 tbls TEQUILA - 100% Agave
- 2 tbls fresh lime juice
- 5 tbls soy sause
- 1 1/4 pounds CK breast (or Shrimp)
- 1 chopped scallion
- 1 red bell pepper
- 2 cups heavy cream
- Cook cilantro, garlic and jalapenos in 2 tbls butter over mmedium heat for 5 minutes.
- Add CK broth, TEQUILA and lime juice. Bring to a boil and cook till paste like; set aside.
- Meanwhile Pour soy sauce over diced CK (or shrimp)Let it rest for about 4 minutes.
- Add cream to the TEQUILA/ lime paste then CK and soy souce.
- Cook Fettuccine(Al Dente)according to the package. When Done toos with some butter.
- Boil sauce till CK is cooked through, and sauce is thick.
- Garnish with cilantro.
