Granny'S Chicken Spaghetti
- 1 (12 oz.) pkg. spaghetti
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
- 1/4 c. chopped red bell pepper or small jar pimento
- 1 c. sliced mushrooms
- butter
- garlic powder
- 4 to 5 c. cooked chicken, cubed (3 lb. chicken)
- 3/4 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can chicken broth
- salt and pepper to taste
- Cook spaghetti according to package directions.
- Saute onion, peppers and mushrooms in a small amount of garlic butter.
- Combine all ingredients in large pot.
- Heat 10 minutes over medium heat, or until desired thickness.
- Serve with tossed salad, Italian dressing and garlic bread.
