Pasta Salad

  1. Cook pasta according to directions on box. Drain and cool immediately.
  2. While pasta is cooking, start preparing veggies:
  3. thinly slice red onion and carrots
  4. peal/slice cucumber
  5. slice orange/yellow pepper
  6. break off broccoli flowerets.
  7. rinse and drain cherry tomatoes
  8. Combine all ingredients in large bowl. Pour Italian dressing over and mix. Sprinkle "Salad Supreme" and salt/pepper to taste.
  9. Mix thoroughly. Let chill overnight; mixing once or twice.
  10. Before serving, mix one more time. Shred Pecorino Romano cheese over top.
