Susan Antonelli'S Spaghetti Sauce

  1. Put all spices and seasonings in a bowl.
  2. Saute onion, bell pepper and mushrooms in margarine.
  3. In separate pan, brown ground beef and drain.
  4. Break up ground beef in pan with vegetables.
  5. Add tomatoes and tomato sauce to beef and vegetables.
  6. Add bowl of spices and seasonings and crushed garlic.
  7. Stir well to mix. Simmer slowly, stirring occasionally until desired thickness. Better if cooked a day ahead and stored in an airtight container in refrigerator.
