Chicken Parmesan

  1. Dip chicken in egg; on waxed paper coat chicken with crumbs. In 10-inch skillet over medium heat, in hot margarine, cook chicken 10 minutes or until browned on both sides.
  2. Remove; set aside.
  3. In same skillet, heat spaghetti sauce to boiling.
  4. Add chicken. Reduce heat to low.
  5. Cover; cook 5 minutes until chicken is no longer pink.
  6. Sprinkle with cheeses and parsley.
  7. Cover; cook until cheese is melted.
  8. Serve with spaghetti.
