Spirulina Bread With Natural Fermentation

  1. Mix flour with sugar and spirulina
  2. Make hole in center and fill w water.
  3. Knead with finger tips.
  4. Dissolve/Distribute natural yeast in mixture well.
  5. Add remaining water. Continue working dough.
  6. Add salt and knead for about 3 min.
  7. Cover for 4-5 hrs or until it doubles in volume.
  8. Scrapescoop out of bowl onto smooth surface
  9. Press the dough into a rectangle that is as long as the loaf pan and slightly less than twice as wide as it is long. At the narrow end, roll the dough tightly, jelly-roll style. Pinch the ends and seam to seal, turning the ends under if necessary. (
