Captain Crunch Granola

  1. Preheat oven to 300
  2. Combine everything in a large bowl; toss to combine. Spread out on a rimmed baking sheet
  3. Bake granola, stirring every 10 minutes, until gold brown and dry, 40-45 minutes. Let cool on baking sheet (it will crisp as it cools).
  4. Mix in 1 cup dried cherries or cranberries.
  5. Store in airtight container at room temperate for up to 2 weeks.
