Doubley Delicious Brownies

  1. 1. Preheat Oven to 350 degrees F and Grease one 13"x9" baking pan with nonstick cooking spray and line with aluminim foil.
  2. 2. In a medium bowl, microwave chocolate and butter on high until completely melted (about 2 minutes. Stir after each minute.
  3. 3. Stir in sugar until combined. Add eggs and vanilla, mix well.
  4. 4. Sift together cocoa and flour and add to mixture along with chocolate chips. Stir until well blended and spread into prepared pan.
  5. 5. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the middle comes out with fudgey crumbs.
  6. 6. Let cool slightly.
  7. While brownie is baking, prepare cookie dough layer.
  8. 1.In a small bowl, cream butter and sugars until fluffy with electric mixer.
  9. 2. Add milk and vanilla, mix until combined.
  10. 3. Gradually add sifted flour and chocolate chips. Mix to combine.
  11. 4. While brownie is still warm, gently spread chocolate chip cookie dough mixture evenly on top.
  12. 5. Let cool completely, then remove entire sheet of brownies from glass baking dish onto a cutting board. Cut into 24 bars and place on serving dish or in gift box.
