Jennifer'S Tortilla Soup

  1. Puree tomato and onion togeatherin blender or food processor.
  2. Heat oil i a large pot. sautetorilla pieces with garlic until tortillas soften. Add the pureed oion and tomato and ring to a boil. Add canned tomato puree. lime juice, chili powder, cumin, chipotle chiles, and chicken stock. Simmer 30 minutes.
  3. Serve with garnish.
