Pork And Cannellini Stew

  1. Toss it all in a crock pot, including the dry beans, unsoaked, etc. You have to do nothing extra with them, except rinse them and cook on low for about 5 hours, then I turn up to high for the last hour.
  2. The pork should mix right into the beans. Top with fresh basil, a little sea salt if needed and parmesan. Drizzle of olive oil for fun wouldn't hurt!
  3. Note- I've made this with pork chops too and I'll be trying it with pork loin next.
