Creole Shrimp Saute

  1. Prep
  2. Put water on to boil for pasta.
  3. Chop parsley.
  4. Cut bacon into bite-size pieces.
  5. Steps
  6. Place bacon in large saute pan on medium-high; cook and stir 5-7 minutes or until bacon is almost done.
  7. Cook pasta following package instructions.
  8. Sprinkle shrimp with blackening seasoning and add to bacon; cook 1 minute.
  9. Stir in tomatoes, wine, garlic, and pepper flakes; cook 2-3 minutes or just until shrimp turn pink and opaque.
  10. Stir in scampi sauce and lemon juice.
  11. Top with parsley and serve over pasta.
