Pork Tenderloin With Spicy Guava Glaze

  1. 1. Prepare grill
  2. 2. Combine first 6 ingrediants in a small bowl. Sprinkle pork with salt and rub g\rlic misture.
  3. 3. Combine onion and remaining ingredients in a sauce pan and cook over medium heat until thickened.
  4. 4. Place pork on grill and cook until 160 degrees F. Brush guava mixture and let set for 10 minutes covered. Slice in 1/2" slices.
