Pork Tenderloin With Spicy Guava Glaze
- 2 Tbs Garlic Powder
- 1 Tbs chili powder
- 1 Tbs paprika
- 2 tsp ground coriander
- 3/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 3 - 1 pound pork tenderloins
- 2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onions
- 1/3 cup water
- 1 tbs cider vinegar
- 6 oz guava paste
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 1 jalapeno minced
- Cooking spray
- 1. Prepare grill
- 2. Combine first 6 ingrediants in a small bowl. Sprinkle pork with salt and rub g\rlic misture.
- 3. Combine onion and remaining ingredients in a sauce pan and cook over medium heat until thickened.
- 4. Place pork on grill and cook until 160 degrees F. Brush guava mixture and let set for 10 minutes covered. Slice in 1/2" slices.
