Bleu Summer Salad

  1. Mix together in a bowl Bleu cheese, cranberries, almonds and sliced onions. Reserve for 10 minutes.
  2. In a seperate bowl whisk together all ingredients for dressing. Whisk until emulsified & Thick. (Add more olive oil if too thick)
  3. Combine spring mix with reserved Bleu mixture, and toss lightly with dressing. Platter, and garnish lightly with sesame seeds.
