Rhonda'S Chocolate Peanut Bacon Caramel Bark
- 2 12oz Packages of semi-sweet chocolate
- chips
- 12oz Maple bacon
- 1 1/2 cups chopped peanuts
- 10oz soft caramels
- Flaked sea salt
- 1. Cut beacon into pieces and cook till very crispy. Allow to cool.
- 2. In a Pyrex bowl, microwave chocolate chips for 2 minutes. Interrupt every 30 seconds to stir as it melts.
- 3. Pour melted chocolate over a parchment lined cookie sheet. Immediately add the bacon pieces and chopped peanuts. Press into the chocolate with waxed paper. Let cool for 30 minutes minimum.
- 4. After chocolate is cool, microwave caramel the same way the chocolate was melted, stirring even 30 seconds.
- 5. Drizzle melted caramel over chocolate. Immediately sprinkle sea salt over the bark. The salt sticks to the caramel. Allow to cool before breaking into pieces.
