Bulgar Salad

  1. Combine oil, onion, ginger and garlic in skillet. Saute for 5 min.
  2. Add tomatoes and let evaporate. Add spices and cook for 1 min
  3. Add garbanzos, bulgar and water, simmer until water evaporates.
  4. Remove from heat
  5. Add lime, green onion, parsley and cilantro.
