Cranberry Oat Bars

  1. 1. Pre-heat the oven to 400 degrees.
  2. 2. Blend all of the ingredients together until well blended.
  3. 3. Line a 9 inch x 9 inch baking dish with parchment paper. Note: Use cooking spray to ensure the parchment paper adheres to the dish.
  4. 4. Spread the mixture evenly in the dish atop the parchment paper.
  5. 5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until top is light golden brown.
  6. 6. Let the pan cool for approximately 15 minutes.
  7. 7. Cut into squares.
  8. 8. Store extras in the refrigerator after they fully cool.
