Sausage And Gravy Breakfast Casserole (Recipe Adapted From Just A Pinch.)

  1. Cooking instructions:
  2. 1.Preheat oven to 350. Grease a 13x9 pan
  3. 2.Cut biscuit dough into 1" pieces, and line the bottom of the pan.
  4. 3.Brown the sausage in skillet and drain thoroughly.
  5. 4.Layer sausage over the biscuit pieces,
  6. 5.Layer shredded cheese over sausage.
  7. 6.Whisk eggs and milk, add salt and pepper and pour over biscuit/layers.
  8. 7.Make gravy according to instructions, and pour over everything.
  9. 8.Bake for 30-45 minutes, or until eggs and biscuits are cooked through.
  10. 9.Serve warm (leftovers are excellent too!)
