Jerk Chicken

  1. combine dry ingredients, whisk in oil, soy sauce, vinegar, OJ, and Lime juice. stir in hot peppers and onion.
  2. Add chicken, marinade for at least 4 hours or overnight
  3. Preheat BBQ to medium, and grill chicken for about 6 minutes on each side or until cooked through, basting with additional marinade while cooking.
  4. Bring left over marinade to a boil for several minutes and spoon over chicken before serving.
