French Onion Cheese Burger

  1. +Heat up grill to 450*
  2. +Sautee Onion, Garlic, and Shallot in 1 Tbl Olive oil then cool.
  3. +In a bowl mix together Ground Beef, Egg, Oyster juice, Onion, Garlic, Shallot, S & P.
  4. +Seperate into fourths and form four patties.1/2#ea
  5. +Heat up the bacon until crisp in sautee pan. Then Drain off 95% of grease.
  6. +Then add the Red wine vinegar and quickly wisk in olive oil to emulsify.
  7. +Drizzle bacon dressing ontop of spinach but do not drench.
  8. +Toss the Spinach, Bacon, and Dressing together.
  9. +Grill burger patties and add cheese 1 minute before removing.
  10. +Grill buns while meat rest for a minute and then throw it all together. MMM mmm!!!
