Buffalo Wing Deviled Eggs
- Buffalo Wing Deviled Eggs (makes 24 servings)

- 1 dozen eggs, hard-boiled and cooled
- 2 tbsp. mayonnaise
- 3 tbsp. your favorite wing sauce
- 1 shallot, minced
- 2 tbsp. blue cheese dressing
- 3 tbsp. crumbled blue cheese
- Cayenne Pepper, for sprinkling
- 1 scallion, minced
- *All measurements are approximate, and to taste. Feel free to adjust per your own personal preferences.
- Slice eggs in half, lengthwise. Scoop out yolks and empty into a small bowl. Add mayonnaise, wing sauce, shallots, blue cheese dressing, and blue cheese. Mix thoroughly until combined.
- Spoon or pipe filling into eggs. Sprinkle with cayenne pepper and scallions. Refrigerate until serving.
