Chocolate Zucchini Cake

• 1/2 c. soft margarine
• 1/2 c. vegetable oil
• 1 3/4 c. sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 tsp. vanilla
• 1/2 c. sour milk
• 2 1/2 c. finely chopped zucchini
• 2 1/2 c. sifted flour
• 1/2 tsp. baking powder
• 1/2 tsp. ground cloves
• 4 Tbsp. cocoa
• 1 tsp. baking powder
• 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
• 1/4 to 1/2 c. sweet chocolate chips

1. Cream margarine, oil and sugar; add vanilla and sour milk. Beat well with mixer.
2. Mix all dry ingredients together and add to creamed mixture.
3. Beat well; stir in diced zucchini.
4. Spoon batter into a greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.
5. Sprinkle with chocolate chips.
6. Bake at 350u0b0 for 40 to 45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean and dry.
