Grilled Sirloin Skewers With Peaches And Peppers
- kekbabs:
- 1.5 T ground cumin
- 1.5 T cracked black pepper
- 2 3/4 T kosher salt
- 2 lb boneless sirloin steak, 48-1 inch cubes
- 2 smal lred onoins, each into 8 wedges
- 4 peaches each into 8 wegdes
- 2 large red bell peppers, each into 8 pieces
- Sauce:
- 1/2 cup chopped parsley
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1/4 Tsp kosher salt
- pepper
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- parsley sprigs
- 1. Combine kebab ingredients in large bowl, toss well. Thread onto skewers:
- 3 steak, 2 peach, 1 onion, 1 pepper onto 16 skewers
- Coat gril lrackwiht cooking spray and grill.. let stand 5 minutes.
- 2. Prepare sauce and spoon over kebabs. garnish with parsley sprigs.
